Claus has been working for PA Consulting Group in Copenhagen for the past six years. Prior to PA, Claus has been working for other companies offering web development and management.
Claus' primary focus has been development program management in B2B e-commerce. Governance and management of portals and content management systems in large and complex corporations has played a key part of his work for customers. Claus has managed implementation of several digital platforms over the years.
Recently, Claus has been looking at business continuity and the potentially important role of customer facing web systems, the architecture and setup, in particular when faced with IT outages and other major business disruptions.
Claus has a Master's degree in computer science from the University of Copenhagen and has been working with IT since the 80's. The great passions during the early years were industrial computer vision and camera/robot technology, which over the years turned to aerospace software development. Claus started working with Web for the Danish Ministry of Education in 1991. Since then, web technology has been an integral part of his working and private life.
