Who owns your Web 2.0 content?
Wednesday, November 8th, 16.00
Category: Beginner
Track: Strategy
Content may be very critical to your business and you may make some of it available for everyone - partners and competitors alike. It's easy to get started, but what are the terms and conditions of the content? Who really owns it?
In his presentation Martin will introduce some of the most pertinent legal issues that arise as Web 2.0 breaks through the corporate frontier.
Among the key issues are:
- How can you use other organisations or private individuals web feeds?
- What liabilities do your corporate bloggers face?
New trends in permissible hyper- and deep linking and new ways of licensing content, including Creative Commons, will also be covered.
Finally, Martin will disclose his take on privacy and Web 2.0. Is privacy suffering?
Joint session with case presented by Claus Hoelgaard Olsen from PA Consulting Group.
